About Miss Oswald

Hello! My name is Miss Oswald. Hopefully you are reading this because you just found out that you are about to be in my classroom! I can't wait to meet you and I'd love to tell you a little bit about me.

I just hit my 10th year teaching second grade at Juniata Elementary, so I love 2nd grade! I wanted to be a teacher ever since I was 6 years old and met my 1st grade teacher. I believe all students can succeed at school and my classroom is focused on this. I will challenge you to do your best and encourage you to be the best person you can be. I love animals, gardening, and spending time with my son in my free time.

I graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Adolescent Education and minors in both Special Education and Dance Studies. I went on to achieve my Masters of Education at Wilson College. My true passion is being the best educator I can be.
