Mr. Perino's fabulous 4th graders

Hello! If your on this page, that probably means your son or daughter has me! I am the 4th grade math teacher here at Juniata and have been teaching math for 6 years now. 

 

I am an alumnus of the Altoona Area School District graduating in 2009. I then furthered my education at the University of Pennsylvania majoring in Kindergarten and Elementary Education. I have a Masters Degree in Education which was obtained through Wilson College. I am one of the coaches for the Junior High Girl's Basketball Team.  

 

I have been a full time teacher here at Juniata for 5 years now. I have taught 4th grade all 5 years. Before being a full time teacher, I was a substitute in the district for 2 years. During this time I acted as a long term sub in Kindergarten, 2nd and 4th grade classrooms. I also completed a year long Ameri-corps position as a Middle School Math Teacher at Spring Cove Middle School the after graduating college.
